When will my credit card be charged ?
After the 8th day of your trial, your credit card will only be charged, if we have spoken to you continuing or you have failed to answer our follow-up message after 3 days after the trial is over. To avoid being charged after the trial has ended, please cancel the service before the end of the 8th day or respond to our follow up at the end of our trial. If you decide to proceed with the service, the start date will be the day the payment is taken from your account. In order to assist you, our customer service representatives are available from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday.
